Weight Room

The Hebron Christian Academy weight room is 1,300 square feet specifically designed for the sports performance and development of our student-athletes. Functionally, the room is complete with 12 workout stations each equipped with Olympic style barbells and weights, as well as our velocity-based Perch camera systems. We integrate the Perch cameras into workouts alongside other forms of technology to ensure the students get both the best results and ensure their continued safety.
