FOUR GOALS OF THE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM

  1. Reduce the risk of injury in athletes and general population
  2. Develop athleticism
  3. Perform whole body exercises
  4. Create an evidence-based and technology driven program

 

TECHNOLOGY DRIVEN

Our program uses Perch Camera Systems, which allows our staff to prescribe a workout for them based on their velocity. Our athletes also use a Catapult System, which tracks the athletes movements, player-load, and velocity. This system allows us to calculate data from the athlete's performance to enhance the athlete's optimal performance, reduce the risk of injury, and improve recovery.
