PEACHTREE CORNERS, Ga. - On Saturday, the Hebron volleyball team was crowned the Wesleyan Invitational champions. The Lions defeated Morgan County (21-25, 25-20, 15-8), Columbus (25-13, 25-13), Wesleyan (25-18, 25-18), and Savannah Country Day (25-13, 25-12). 

Imani Howell led the charge with 31 kills and eight blocks. Ashley Troxell posted 37 kills and Addison Griffin had 27 kills and eight aces. Aubrey Cowart recorded 14 kills and six aces. Malia Silva tallied 28 digs while Brooke Thao recorded 85 assists on the day and 23 digs.

Hebron moves to an undefeated 8-0 on the season.

Next Up: The Lions face Wesleyan and Brookwood on Thursday, Aug. 22 at Brookwood HS.
