Paige Underwood is the head of the cheerleading program at HCA. She is the head coach of varsity competition, spirit football, and spirit basketball cheerleading teams. Coach Underwood has been a cheerleader her entire life coming from Mill Creek High School, Jayhawks Allstars, and ProCheer Allstars.
Coach Underwood started her coaching career at Hebron as the first JV Cheer Coach. She took over the cheerleading program in 2022. In her first season, our Varsity Competition Team took Runner Up at Region, qualifying them for State. During the 2024 competition season, Underwood led her team to a third place finish at the state meet.
Coach Underwood has been teaching for nine years, six of which have been at Hebron. She teaches first grade at the Lower School Campus and is married to Caleb Underwood.
