David Beall is in his fifth year at Hebron Christian Academy as Director of Marketing and Communications and his fourth as the girls golf coach during the 2024-25 school year.
In his first year as head coach in the spring of 2023, Beall led a group of six girls, including five of them playing high school golf for the first time, and finished eighth in the GHSA AAA Area Tournament. During the 2024 season, the Lions finished the GHSA 4-AAA Area Tournament in eighth place out of 13 teams, defeating Pickens County, West Hall, Stephens County, Monroe Area and Gilmer County. In the 2025 season, the girls finished in fifth in the Area Tournament.
Prior to joining HCA in the summer of 2001, Beall spent 15 years in college athletics communications and public relations. His longest stint came at the University of Arkansas, where he spent nearly five years with the Razorbacks, including the final two years as the Associate Director of Communications and served as the primary contact for the men's basketball program that made back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances. He also led PR efforts for the Razorback baseball and men’s golf teams for two years, promoting the 2014 College World Series team and Golden Spikes Award winner Andrew Benintendi.
Following his career in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Beall spent three years leading the communications efforts for the Kennesaw State University department of athletics, where he oversaw the communications, marketing and video production units.
He also spent time in communications offices at Mercer University, USC Upstate and his alma mater, the University of North Georgia, where he graduated in the spring of 2008 with a degree in Business Administration.
He and his wife, Katie, have been married since 2014 and the couple has two daughters, Parker Grace and Maddie Beth.
