Quentin Davie

Quentin Davie was named Head Football Coach at Hebron Christian Academy in 2026, bringing a unique combination of collegiate and professional playing experience, leadership in public service and ministry, and a passion for developing young men through Christ-centered athletics.

A member of the Hebron Christian Academy community prior to his appointment, Davie is committed to building a football program that pursues excellence while emphasizing faith, character, discipline, and servant leadership. His coaching philosophy centers on using football as a platform to disciple young men, helping them grow as athletes, leaders, and followers of Christ.

Davie played linebacker at Northwestern University, where he was a four-year letterwinner, team captain, and 39-game starter for the Wildcats. He finished his collegiate career with 240 tackles, 28 tackles for loss, and 10 sacks, ranking tied for eighth in program history in career sacks. He was named to the 2010 Butkus Award Watch List, served on Northwestern's 10-player Leadership Council, and helped lead the Wildcats to 34 victories and four consecutive bowl appearances. Following his senior season, Davie competed in the 2011 NFL Players Association All-Star Game.

After college, Davie continued his football career professionally with the Detroit Lions of the NFL and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League.

Following his playing career, Davie remained active in football and athlete development. He founded and serves as president of the Evanston Lightning Youth Football program, coached two seasons as an assistant at Deerfield High School, and returned to Northwestern as a recruiting assistant, helping mentor and develop future student-athletes.

Beyond football, Davie has built an accomplished career in leadership, public service, and ministry. He currently serves as Security Director at Passion City Church, overseeing security operations across multiple campuses, leading teams, and coordinating safety for large-scale events. Prior to joining Passion City Church, he served seven years with the Deerfield (Illinois) Police Department, including time as a School Resource Officer at Deerfield High School, where he worked closely with students through mentoring, crisis intervention, and campus safety.

Davie earned a Bachelor of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.

Coach Davie and his wife, Alexandra, are deeply invested in the Hebron Christian Academy community. Their three sons—Quentin Jr., Austin, and Ace—are all students at Hebron, and the family is passionate about serving the school and helping cultivate a Christ-centered culture that impacts students on and off the field.
