CARNESVILLE, Ga. - Both Hebron tennis teams swept Franklin County 5-0 on Thursday afternoon. With this win, the girls improve to 10-3, 6-1 while the boys improve to 10-3, 6-1.
On the boys side,
Caleb Olariu won in two sets, 6-0, 6-1 from the No. 1 singles.
Ryan Donat defeated Brady Sims in three sets 5-7, 6-4, 11-9 from the No. 2 position.
Elijah Mesidor was victorious from the No. 3 singles 6-1, 6-1. In doubles,
Jonah Hughes and
Avenir Huryn dominated 6-1, 6-0 from the No. 1 position.
Hugh Mazzawi and
Nate Philips swept their opponent 6-0, 6-0 as the No. 2.
On the girls side,
Ameerah Mesidor dominated her match 6-0, 6-0 as the No. 1 singles player.
Reagan Eve defeated Karson Johnson 6-3, 6-3 from the No. 2 position.
Sarah Mix was victorious 6-0, 6-0 as the No. 3 singles.
Samatha Whittington and her teammate
Ainsley Trenbeath won 6-0, 6-1 from the No. 1 doubles position.
Natalie Chumley and
Isabella Annett dominated their match 6-1, 6-0 to seal the victory for the Lions.
