DACULA, Ga.- JaKerra Butler hit her 1000th career point milestone after a 80-22 victory over South Gwinnett on Monday, Nov. 20. The junior had 13 points, six rebounds, four assists, and four steals on the day.
Along with Butler,
Amiya Porter tallied 14 points and three assists with
Aubrey Beckham recording nine points and three assists. The Lions improve to 5-0 after Monday's victory. Butler is the eighth player in program history and fifth under head coach Jan Azar who has achieved this milestone. She joins Jessie Parish (2022), Malia Fisher (2021), Nicole Azar (2021), Carly Fahey (2021), Hannah Lentz (2015), Meredith Montgomery (2007), and Rebecca Cohen (2005).
Up Next: HCA will have a two week stretch before the team plays Trinity Christian at home on Friday, Dec. 1 for Lower School/Camp Night.
