Gwinnett Daily Post Super Six 

DACULA, Ga. - Matthew Gasper was named 2024 Gwinnett Daily Post Super Six honoree for boys swimming over the weekend. The senior was crowned state champion in the 100 butterfly last season and he finished eighth at state in the 100 backstroke. 

He is the first boys swimmer in program history to receive this nomination. The Lions kick off their season on Friday, Oct. 18 at the Swim for a Cause at the Cherokee Aquatic Center.
