TOCCOA, Ga. - Last night, the Hebron baseball team improved to 9-8 overall and 5-1 in the region with its two wins over Stephens County to sweep the series.
Game 1
Daniel Barwick didn't disappoint as he scattered four hits allowing only one run, one walk, and five strikeouts.
The offense was led by
Dean Livingston and
Sebastian Daigle. Livingston was 1-2 with a RBI single, 2 walks and 2 stolen bases. Daigle was 1-3 with a double, a walk and 3 runs scored. Other contributors were
Destin Matthews, who was 1-3 with a double and
Tyler Rogers, who was 2-3 with two singles.
Game 2
Dallas Rice scattered eight hits allowing four runs, one walk and two strikeouts before handing the ball over to
Dean Livingston to finish the game. Livingston went the final two innings allowing one hit, zero runs, zero walks, and two strikeouts to seal the series.

Rogers was 0-1 with a walk, a hit by pitch and two runs scored. Bruce was 1-4 with a single, a run, and a stolen base.
The Lions are back in action Tuesday, March 19 as the team travels to Hart County. First pitch is set for 6:00 p.m.
