EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J - The No. 10 nationally-ranked Hebron girls basketball team was crowned The Throne National Champions after defeating South Shore (NY) 61-52 on Saturday afternoon. The Lions conclude the 2023-24 season 32-2 overall and currently hold a 23 straight win record.
This is the first year The Throne tournament has held a women's bracket. The Lions, who had a first round bye, was victorious 64-58 over Bishop Ireton in the semifinal round on Friday.

Aubrey Beckham was named The Throne National Championship Most Valuable Player. She recorded 15 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists on the day.
Amiya Porter added 14 points, one rebound, and two assists.
JaKerra Butler had a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds.
HCA adds another championship to its season after winning its third state championship earlier this month.
