DACULA, Ga. -Â The No. 1 Hebron girls basketball team continued its dominant season with an overwhelming 93-26 victory over Prince Avenue on Friday evening. This victory, which saw Hebron display a strong all-around effort, propels the Lions into the Elite Eight, where they will face No. 9 Mount Paran at Lions Arena on Tuesday, Feb. 25.
Hebron was in control from the opening tip, with six players scoring in double figures. Mia James led the way with 16 points and eight assists. Camryn Register contributed 14 points and four assists, while Danielle Osho added 12 points and six rebounds. JaKerra Butler and Alanna Beckham each finished with 10 points and seven assists, and Alyssa Craig chipped in 11 points and two assists.
The Wolverines (18-12) were unable to keep pace with the Lions, who now boast a 27-1 record and remain a powerhouse in the state.
