Hebron Christian Academy welcomes professional media coverage of its athletic programs. To protect student-athletes and maintain safe, orderly competition areas, the following policies apply:

• All individuals requesting access to sidelines, playing fields, press areas or other restricted locations must receive advance approval from HCA.
• Credentials are intended primarily for recognized media organizations providing legitimate news, sports journalism or recruiting coverage. HCA may verify an applicant's affiliation, assignment and intended use of content.
• Possession of a camera, business license, social media account or credential from another organization does not automatically qualify an individual for restricted-area access.
• Photographers or videographers hired by an individual student-athlete, parent or family are not permitted in restricted competition areas unless specifically approved by HCA in advance.
• Credentialed media must remain in designated areas and follow all instructions from HCA personnel, game management, security and contest officials. Credentials do not provide access to benches, locker rooms, athletic training areas or playing surfaces during competition.
• Approved media may shoot only between the 25-yard line and the end zone on either end of the field. Media must remain outside the players' box at all times. When moving from one end of the field to the other, media must walk behind the team benches on the track. Media is not permitted to take photos behind the players' box at any time.
• Media activity may not interfere with competition, create a safety hazard, obstruct event operations or violate applicable GHSA, venue, broadcast or media-rights policies.
• A media credential does not grant permission to livestream, broadcast or commercially distribute game footage. Separate authorization may be required. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• Credentials are event-specific, non-transferable and may be denied or revoked at HCA's discretion for policy violations, unsafe conduct, misrepresentation or failure to follow event instructions.
• Approval is subject to available space, safety considerations, GHSA regulations and any event-specific restrictions.
