Hebron Football Improves to 4-0 After Defeating Christ School 49-3

ARDEN, N.C. - The Hebron football team improved to 4-0 after defeating Christ School 49-3 on Friday night. Christ School drops to 1-3 on the season.

Adrian Hollingshed led the offense with three rushing touchdowns while the Lion defense held the Greenies scoreless in the first half. In the first half, the Lions scored on all five of their first-half possessions and led the Greenies 35-3 at the half. To go along with Hollingshed's three scores, Jarvis Mathurin recorded two touchdowns and Max Steve had an interception for the defense. Nicholas Wade is leading the defense in tackles as he averages 5.7 tackles per game. 

"We came out and executed really well in the first half. Our defense was lights out," commented head coach Jonathan Gess. 

HCA will face Blessed Trinity at Burlingame Field on Friday, Sept. 20th. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. The Titans are 3-1 after coming off its first loss of the season to Milton 28-14.
